Application Workflow

• Surface Preparation: Ensure substrate is sound, clean, and free of contaminants; prepare using mechanical methods and pre-wet substrate to a saturated surface-dry condition.
• Mixing: Combine Part A and Part B using a low-speed drill mixer for 3 minutes to a lump-free consistency.
• Application: Apply base coat with brush or trowel; reinforce with Sika® Fabric-50 if needed; apply second coat crosswise after 6 hours.
• Reinforcement Use: For large or complex areas, reinforcing with glass fabric improves tensile strength and crack resistance.
• Protection & Curing: After application, sprinkle quartz sand. Protect with plaster, screed, or separation layers. Cure for at least 7 days to enhance hydration and strength.
